Your garment has a red security tag attached to it. The tag may be removed by simply cutting along the edge as directed on the tag. Please take care when removing the security tag as there is a sharp pin on the inside. Please note once the security tag has been removed we are unable to refund or exchange for any reason.
Should you be unhappy with your order you may return it within 14 days. Items can be returned for a refund and must be in their new, unused condition with all garment tags and red security tag still attached.
The refund/exchange form must be competed and returned with the garment.
To ensure that items are adequately protected in transit we recommend that you send them to us in the original packaging provided. We recommend that all items are sent via a tracked mail service as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Receiving a Refund
All correctly returned products will be refunded on the purchaser's credit card, excluding all shopping costs, international customs duties and sales taxes. Please note that card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers and unfortunately we are not able to influence this.
If you would like to exchange an item please return the original item, together with the completed Returns/Exchanges Form stating the item you would like the exchange for.
All items are created and handled with the utmost care and every effort is made to ensure that all garments are dispatched in perfect condition. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org or on +61 2 9280 4619 between 9:00 am -5:00 pm on Monday to Friday.
